Advisory Board Meeting No. 3

The final advisory board meeting took place in conjunction with the 24 Month Consortium meeting on the 8th of October 2015 in Southampton, where it was hosted by IT Innovation. The purpose of the meeting was to; Provide the Advisory Board members with an update on project progress since the last meeting and seek input and advice on the methodology and approach to the project to date. The meeting was structured around presentations given by the steering committee members (i.e. WP leaders), which outlined the progress conducted in their work packages since the last meeting. The request by the Project Officer (in response to the midterm review) for the Advisory Board to prepare a report highlighting their specific views and recommendations on the project was discussed. The chairman of the Advisory Board responded positively and it is expected that such a report will be produced.
